FaithSpace is proudly owned and operated by the Baptist Association of NSW and ACT (ABN 24 941 624 663, legal entity name Baptist Union of NSW). Our website is www.faithspace.org.au. We may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time, so please check back regularly for any changes.

Your privacy is very important to us. Please review our Privacy Policy to understand how we handle your information. By using FaithSpace, you agree to the practices described in our policy and confirm that any information you provide is accurate.
Intellectual property
All content on FaithSpace is either owned by us or used with permission. You’re welcome to view, print, and display content for your personal use. However, please don’t publish, share, or reproduce any content for business or commercial purposes without our written consent.
Subscriptions
FaithSpace offers annual subscriptions, running from January 1, 2026, to December 31, 2026. Your subscription gives you access to a variety of multimedia teaching materials—songs, videos, Bible verses, PowerPoints, PDFs, and Word documents—all designed to support the FaithSpace curriculum.
Important: After December 31, 2026, please delete any downloaded materials from your devices or storage. Each user needs their own subscription.
One subscription per user is required.
Access to Subscriptions
- Single Purchase: When you buy a subscription, you’ll receive an email with your username and password to access lesson downloads.
- Bulk Purchase: Groups and schools can purchase subscriptions in bulk. The purchaser’s email will manage the distribution of login details to members. Need help? Video instructions are available in our FAQs.
Downloading Lesson Downloads
Our subscription includes downloadable songs, videos, Bible verses, PowerPoints, PDFs, and Word documents. For convenience, we offer a bulk download feature for most materials. Some items, due to licensing, can only be downloaded once per member—so please keep your files safe! For help downloading videos, check our FAQs.
Terms of sale
Placing an order
When you place an order, you’ll get an email confirming we’ve received it. If you don’t see this email, check your junk folder or contact us at [email protected]. Your subscription will be activated once payment is received.
Refunds
We’re unable to offer returns or refunds for FaithSpace Online subscriptions. For donations, we follow the ATO’s guidelines for tax-deductible gifts. If you spot an error with your donation, please contact us within 30 to 90 days. Requests should be sent in writing to [email protected] and will be reviewed by our team. If a donation is refunded, please destroy the associated tax receipt—it’s your responsibility to submit correct receipts to the ATO.
Use of Promotional Coupons
Coupons are offered at FaithSpace’s discretion and may be changed or withdrawn at any time. Only one voucher can be used per order unless stated otherwise. Coupons are valid for online purchases at FaithSpace.org.au and must be used before their expiry date. Lost coupon codes are the customer’s responsibility, but if you request a resupply within two business days, we’ll do our best to help.
Payment currency
All transactions are processed in Australian dollars.
Donations
The Baptist Association of NSW and ACT is a registered charity. Donations are used solely for FaithSpace purposes. By donating, you agree to our Terms and Conditions and Privacy Policy. You can update your details or stop communications by emailing [email protected]. Donations of $2 or more are eligible for official tax-deductible receipts. Payments are made by credit card, and your details are securely handled by our payment processor. We keep a secure record of donor information as described in our Privacy Policy.
